1. Retail Marketing Manager ​ Role Overview: The Retail Marketing Manager will play a vital role in building and strengthening Diva'Me's retail presence across the UAE. This position will involve cultivating relationships with retail partners, enhancing in-store product visibility, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a passion for women's health and sustainable products, a track record in retail marketing, and a solid understanding of the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish partnerships with retail stores across the UAE, securing shelf space for Diva'Me’s period fashion and intimate care lines. Develop and execute in-store marketing and merchandising strategies to optimize product display, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Collaborate with retail partners on marketing initiatives, including events, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies and recommend adjustments for optimal results. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to meet sales goals and maximize brand impact. Work closely with Diva'Me’s product, design, and digital teams to align messaging and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in retail marketing or brand management, ideally in the beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors. Proven success in building retail partnerships and executing in-store marketing strategies. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of the UAE retail market and consumer behavior trends. Passion for women’s health, sustainability, and brand-building. 2. Sales Manager​​ ​ Job Description: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team at RentAnythings, an innovative online rental marketplace. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with vendors and renters, and driving sales across our platform. You will play a key role in expanding our business by bringing new partners on board and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential vendors to join the platform. Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendors to drive repeat business. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their rental experience. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the rental industry. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align on strategies and support sales campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and forecast future growth. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role. Experience in the e-commerce or rental marketplace industry is a plus. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
