Delivery United Arab Emirates

Orders within UAE are free of charge and will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

 

Same Day Delivery Service is available for Dubai orders and must be placed before noon 12:00 PM with an applicable charge of AED 15. Urgent deliveries only can be delivered on Saturday and Sunday with an applicable charge of AED 30.

 

Pick-up service: You can select this option during checkout, and we'll provide you with all the necessary details via email. The pickup location is Business Bay, Dubai. 

 

Delivery to GCC countries Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Estimated delivery time is 5 business days with an applicable charge of 50 AED for all orders.

Custom charges and duties:

As we are located in the UAE, duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached its destination must be paid by the recipient. Idivame is not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties.

Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus the costs charged to us for delivering to your country, plus return delivery and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.
