Return & Refund Policy

Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website. Remember that our policy is in addition to, and does not exclude any of, your rights under Consumer Law.

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we have implemented the below specified return and exchange policy in place. Due to hygienic purposes, used items can not be returned or exchanged in any circumstance.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or size, it must also meet the above conditions. Any price difference between the returned and new item will either be refunded or charged to your original payment method accordingly.

We offer two options for exchange:
Courier Service: We can arrange for a courier to pick up and deliver the exchanged items. This service incurs a cost of 15 AED.

Direct Exchange: You can visit our office at Business Bay to exchange the item in person. Please contact us prior to your in person visit to avoid delays.
Should you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us at diva@idivame and we'll guide you through the process.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a product exchange or credit should you change your mind regarding your purchase. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a credit are stated below:
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, unopened and in their original packaging. Worn items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes.
In order to receive an exchange or credit for your return, you will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.

Returning a sale item
​
For items that are on sale, no change of mind returns are allowed. Returns are only allowed if the product is faulty, or does not match the description. It must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Worn items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes.

Returning a faulty item
​
A refund, exchange or credit will be offered for product/s deemed faulty, or do not match the description.
Please contact us at divame@idivame.com so we can assess, investigate and resolve this issue for you with the following information provided from your side:
Your order number
The name of the affected item(s)
A photo of the faults or description how the product does not match the description
If applying for multiple faults, you will be required to provide a photo of all items and their faults in one photo so that we can clearly identify the issue. Diva’Me may require you to send back your products for inspection, and it is recommended you use a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
